The history of the area dates back to the Romans, it was conquered by the Andalusian Caliphate. They have 2 heliports at their disposal, the area can be reached by helicopter from Mediterranean yachts.

An additional 80,000 m2 could be acquired from different sellers to create, for example, a golf course (until it is known that a golf course is planned, purchase prices would range between 3 and 5 euros per square meter, if knew the purpose, (Golf Course, prices would increase to 25 – 30 euros per square meter.

Currently, the pension has 8 double rooms (2 standard rooms of 40 square meters each, 5 junior suites of 50 square meters and 1 suite of 60 square meters. Taking into account the current size of the area, the number of double rooms could be expanded to 32, in addition, 8 cabins (blockhouses) could be built.
